New Feature - the LVP Watch

Bad football is still killing me. As a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan, last night was a complete abomination. Over at Log's Blog, they do a fantastic feature called the Lowsman Watch, trying to determine the worst player in college football. Keep any eye on it this week, with any luck, Curtis Brinkley or Jeremy Sellers could make this list.........except Syracuse is so irrelevant under Greg Robinson that they can't even get noticed for crappy play.

Anyway, back to the task at hand, last night's Sunday Night Football fiasco has inspired me to blatantly rip them off and start up an LVP watch to determine the Least Valuable Player in the NFL. This week's leader, Eagles back up left tackle -

1. Winston Justice (above). Winston was repeatedly prison raped by Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora - who racked up 6 sacks last night. Bonus points go to Eagles offensive coordinator Marty "we want the wind" Mornhinweg who couldn't figure out after 3 or 4 sacks that Winston couldn't block my grandmother and maybe, just maybe they should have moved a tight end over there to help out. Of course, they didn't - this turd of a football player was left on an island all night.

2. JP Losman - who do you end up on this list when you didn't even play? You make it when your back up, a rookie no one has ever heard of named Trent Edwards, plays great and proves to the world that YOU are actually the problem.

3. Brian Griese/Rex Grossman (tie) - Griese threw 3 picks yesterday - it's still too early to determine who is worse.

4. The entire San Diego Chargers secondary - Damon Huard threw for almost 300 yards against them yesterday - the Norv Turner era, it just keeps getting better.

5. Ray Lewis - while Ray is actually still a great player, if you are the leader of a defense that gives up 27 to the Browns, all I can say is maybe you should focus less on yapping, strutting and dancing and focus more on tackling someone.

This is really funny, I seriously was thinking about making an NFL edition just because of Winston Justice last night. Nice work.

Thanks - it's a blatant rip off of the the Lowsman, but after last night I couldn't contain myself - the Lowsman is amazing.

I approve, but you're lucky, we haven't been in a blog war yet, but we've been preparing for the worst, haha.
