Todd Collins Found on Milk Carton
Last night, in an epic tilt seen by a very few and cared about by even fewer, the Redskins beat the Bears 24-16. This battle for the ages, broadcast exclusively on the NFL Network (the channel you do not have) made relatively little news, since both teams are going nowhere this year.
One interesting subplot to the Redskins victory did develop however. Washington starting quarterback Jason Campbell was injured and Todd Collins, who hadn't thrown a pass in three years, lead them to victory.
Ripping ESPN is something the blogosphere does incessantly and since there are many, many people who do it better than we can, we usually leave that to them - however, when checking the game story today, I clicked on Todd's player page (too see how old this guy is) and found out he's been off the radar for so long that the name that comes up is former linebacker Todd Collins, who hasn't played a game in I don't know how many years.
