For Philadelphia Eagle fans, the search for a top flight receiver not named Terrell Owens seems to be eternal. Rumors constantly swirl regarding guys like Chad Johnson, but in the end the birds usually end up with draft choices that don't pan out (like Freddie Mitchell) or guys that don't live up to their potential - like Reggie Brown.
