Welcome to September - may your hangovers be minimal and may your Boss stay off your ass as we settle into another work week. For Syracuse football fans there's good news, the NFL starts this week - we sure as hell need a diversion. Let's get reading. The photo to your left is from Pittsburgh Raves and Rants.
We will start with a tour of SU Blogs, Orange 44 has the SU-Northwestern autopsy up. Cause of death - horrific coaching. However, the coaches have want-to. The Axeman also recaps the madness that was Saturday. Here is a take from the Orange Squeeze.
Nick's 2 Cents says Robinson has to go - Nick is a smart man. King Otto has his Konclusion up, it's thorough, I'll give him that. I also take my hat off to you King Otto, you watched the game twice, I'm not sure how you did that without puking.
Big Orange Blogging Chuck bought an orange car, but it was still not a good day in Orange country. Gate E has the countdown to basketball season, you knew that was coming and the Orange Fizz isn't too happy either.
In real media coverage, Donnie Webb catches up with rookies from SU, it looks like Jameel McClain made the Ravens.
Rick Telander, the author of my favorite book as a kid - Heaven is a Playground - said the SU-Northwestern game was a study in oddities.
It would appear a pastor is going to follow SU (last graph) - which is appropriate, since I think it would take divine intervention to save this team.
I think the Sporting News should rename this feature the Good, the Bad and the Greg Robinson.
In Big East news - Rutgers got smoked last night, Louisville stinks, and Dave Pornstache is in a heap of trouble at Pitt.
And for those of you that need more football news, here's an A-Z rundown of what happened this weekend.

Guys, I did have to make a second post when Joe Fields cleared waivers and was named to the Carolina Panthers practice squad. Also if you follow syracuse.com, I have an interview posted with Josh Shear and one coming up that I prfer not to name just yet but Orange fans should really enjoy(until its 100% confirmed, I rather not jump the gun). Thanks for the love and keep up the great work you all do, I check out your blog daily.
