With all the medical attention being paid to North Carolina starting point guard Ty Lawson's
injured toe, we here at T3I thought we'd do our part and send the little guy a get well card. Seeing as the Tar Heels are a completely different team without him and they happen to be in the same bracket as Syracuse, here's hoping he makes a full recovery.............in May.

Oh cmon now, I never thought you guys were the type to wish "ill" on other players. Oh well. I still love your blog, I just would have thought more than to go this way.
Great Post Neph! Its a pity that a player from the sacred team and conference actually has to deal with an injury. I guess they will have to play one of their other McDonald's All Americans. UCONN loses Dyson, Marquette loses James but poor Ty hurts his toe and its stop the presses! Uncle Dave
Anonymous: It's easy to see how much you know about basketball! UNC has had already 2 players out for the season (1 for the full yr and one for 14 weeks). So, I guess UNC has dealt with a lot more than Lawson's toe.
i thought it was funny. not like he was saying he hoped lawson ends his career or dies...

Lawson's a great player - it was a joke - and more a shot at the fact that ESPN is covering this issue like its the most important thing in the world...it's more a shot at them.
Just having some fun people, let's all relax and listen to our man ddbubs. and check out someecards, that site is hilarious.
Excuse me, but I come to the internet for kindness and understanding, not immaturity and foul language!

As a fan of Ty's Central New York Fan Club called "Ty One On" I am upset of the low blow you gave Mr.Lawson.
Shame on you Russ and make sure you buy Gold from G. Gordon Liddy.

AEM: With all due respect, I am not trying to pass myself off as a hoops expert but I believe that you misinterpret my post. I simply do not see the attention being given to Dyson and James as I do to Lawson. As for multiple players being out, last year SU lost 3 major backcourt players, 2 to injuries, 1 to a defection and I recall no one from ESPN crying the blues for SU and rightfully so. Injuries are part of the game. My shot was more directed at ESPN than Mr. Lawson. UNC has a fairly deep bench that last time I checked. Enjoy the tournament! Uncle Dave
I enjoyed the post, it's not as though they wished injury upon him. Who would think some Idiots would be judgemental? I love this site:).
