Another bowl season is upon us. For Orange fans it marks another month of ESPN hype that does not include our beloved Orangemen.
Our current Ebay Item of the Week is the perfect remedy for those going through bowl withdrawl. For a very reasonable $69.95, you can own the official program from the 1985 Cherry Bowl that pitted (bad pun alert) Maryland against the good guys in orange.
The Cherry Bowl only lasted two years, however thanks to Ebay, you can remember it forever.
Speaking of 1985, Axeman...you're welcome. Here are your #1 hits from that year:

Wow, I'm a little late to the party here, but let's go.
-Wow. What a mix of emotions here. Tons of crap, but 3-4 of my all-time favs from the 80's came out of this year.
-Wham had two #1 songs in 1985. I blame New Coke.
-It was Phil Collins world and we were just living in it, people. 3 # 1 hits in '85 including..."Su-Su-Sussudio!"
-"We are the World" Man, just watch that. A collection like that will never happen again. We ARE the ones who make a brighter day, so let's start living!!
-Fact: I have "Take on Me" on my ipod. Do with this what you will.
-"Everyone wants to rule the world" Still holds up today. AWESOME song and who else remembers it as the intro to the old Dennis Miller show on HBO?
-"St.Elmo's Fire (Man in Motion)" and "Don't You Forget About me". What was better? The movies they came from or the soundtracks?
-Wow. Whitney Houston was hot once. Go figure.
-The Miami Vice theme is awesome. The video? Not so much.
-Mr.Mister.
-We Built this city...we built this city...on rock and roll. Damn Right you did!
-I want to know what love is too, but I don't need Foreigner to tell me.
