Philadelphia Mayor Nutter is a Rapper's Delight

The City of Brotherly Love is ecstatic over the play of Michael Vick - but I think they may be more ecstatic over having a Mayor who can drop Rapper's Delight like he wrote the thing. Not too shabby.
