Longtime Eagles play by play man Merrill Reece calls DeSean Jackson's winning punt return against the Giants.
And this didn't take long - Tom Coughlin and Matt Dodge "discuss" the punt to DeSean -- there are about 20 F bombs in here, so if that type of stuff offends you, I'd advise against listening to it.

Question for you philly kids. I had occasion to listen to the 610AM broadcast last week vs Dallas, and the announcer referred to your running back as "Shady McCoy". Where did this nickname come from, and why would you want to be known as "shady"?
My understanding of it is that it's a childhook name given to him by his mother. He was known as Shady when he played at Pitt too. Basically those calls went like this - Shady McCoy goes off tackle for 80 yards and a TD - Greg Robinson looks confused.
OK I assume his mom had a good reason for calling him "shady" but I can't figure out what it could possibly be. All I think of when I hear it is someone hanging out in the alleyway in a trenchcoat trying to sell you a Rolex watch.
Hey Neph: A collapse of epic proportions. As a Giant's fan I am still stunned. On the other hand, if you can't hold a 21 point lead with a little over 8 minutes to go you don't deserve to win the game. It's unfair that everyone is teeing off on Dodge the punter. It was a TEAM collapse.(see onsides kick). If they don't get a Wild Card slot some heads will roll. Take it easy, Uncle Dave
i love the EXTRA NORMAL cartoon. there is a lot of truth to it.I agree with uncle Dave, a team effort. I bet Uncle Marty is pissed!
Grandpa Joe
Hey Grandpa Joe: Pissed does not begin to describe Marty's mood. I practically had to talk him out of Hari-kari on the phone. At least they're still in the wild card race-for now! Uncle Dave
